HOW TO BE THE STYLISH PERSON AT WORK?

We all have that one person in our office that has a superior sense of dressing. Yes I’m talking about her, that Stylish Co-Worker! We adore them, sometime might hate them for their sense of style or the way they carry themselves. No women will admit that those women are little intimidating to them, and in some way she need to dress like them.  So here are few tips and tricks to be that stylish person at work!!!

Finding your own style is an easy task, but you need to pay a lot of attention. A style that suit one person may not suit you, do not copy but take inspiration. Understand what your personality, the color you like to wear, your body type etc. and then choose your outfits. You can also take references from celebrities who have similar body structure and height as you.

Here are few tips that help you in choosing and styling your work outfits.

·       Switch your plain tops and blouses to patterned ones; it can actually transform your whole outfit. Make sure the other piece can stay completely neutral
Example: Style this patterned blouse with a neutral pencil skirt or cigarette pants
·      Wear a pop of color.
Example: If you wearing a black suit, then pairing it with a colorful blouse will also bring dimension and life to your outfit.
·       Try to wear a heel.
·       Logo heavy clothing and accessories look cluttered in the work place, so do not try those.
·       If you want to give little more professional look then, choose dull shades clothes.
·       In summer you can choose fabrics like cotton and georgette and in winter you can try silk and khadi.
·       If you want to wear Indian clothes, wear kurthis with cigarette pants, this would give you a fusion look.
·      If you are wearing sarees to work, the concentrate on the blouse designs. Choose boat neck, high neck and color neck for more elegant look. For a complete formal look you can add longer sleeves to the blouses.
·       The clothes should be correctly tailored and a perfect fit.
·        Polished image not only include clothes but also a beauty routine, thus include neat make up, manicured nails and brushed hair.
·        Opt for structured handbags like top-handle bags, satchels, and structured totes.
·       Choose soft and statement accessories.
·       In the workplace you should avoid sheer and see-through looks like lace and too-thin silk, as well as ultra-short miniskirts, camisoles without a jacket or sweater, and denim with rips and holes.

The most important thing to remember in your office is you job. You are in your office each day to do work. Make sure you outfits does not outshine you work. Job matters the most.

Tara Khanna is a hard-working entrepreneur who runs a wedding management company with her friend. The character is played by supremely beautiful Sobitha Dhulipala . Tara wears custom-fit pantsuits, semi-formal dresses, and gorgeous, silk sarees throughout the show. I must say, she looks every bit the elite, urban, working woman she enacts in the series. Her character is giving major fashion goals for work to casual wear and glammed up looks. Apart from her strong character, her styling and dressing throughout the series have got us drooling!!
