STYLE DECODE - TARA KHANNA, MADE IN HEAVEN

'Made In Heaven' is about two wedding planners, Tara Khanna and Karan Mehra and the crazy things that come with planning big fat Indian weddings.
Tara Khanna is a hard-working entrepreneur who runs a wedding management company with her friend. The character is played by supremely beautiful Sobitha Dhulipala. Tara wears custom-fit pantsuits, semi-formal dresses, and gorgeous, silk sarees throughout the show. I must say, she looks every bit the elite, urban, working woman she enacts in the series. Her character is giving major fashion goals for work to casual wear and glammed up looks.
Apart from her strong character, her styling and dressing throughout the series have got us drooling!! Each stroke of styling is right for the character. The whole looks are styled by stylist Poornamrita Singh.
Here are my top five favorite looks from the series.

1.    A royal blue, collared shirt with floor length, princess skirt in mustard jacquard.

2.    Breezy dusty pink palazzos with casual grey shirt. Chic and understated.

3.    A floral top paired with a nice maroon pants is so chic.

4.    A regal look created with reds and gold. A raw silk kurta set paired with an exotic banarasi silk dupatta, she looks stunning and traditional.

5.    A cotton saree with a straight collar blouse. A basic button-down shirt blouse with a pastel linen saree with this beautiful piece of earrings

6.    Tuscany printed shirt, tucked into a straight grey skirt. Such fun and classy outfit.

7.    Denim on denim is more of an attitude than fashion. All you need to recreate this look is a faded collared top that is to be tucked into high-waisted jeans!

8.    The red saree look!! This is my most favorite look for the entire series. The whole was so elegant, a red saree, matched with a maroon blouse, accessorized with a statement polki necklace & finished off with red bangles.
If you haven’t watched the show yet, do watch it. I’m sure you are going to love Tara Khanna’s look as I am. The gorgeous looks and outfits for all the episodes in the series is something worth to experiment.

XOXO,
The Shopaholic Duchess
